This is truly one of the greatest riffs I've ever heard this band do.
It's so different from anything else they've ever done. I don't where a song like this would fit, but it got thinking that Metallica has never really been alternative or pure pop rock. People like to shit on the Load days and beyond for changing.... But at the very least they kept all of their music hard.
