haha:) why knead the dough on that table? all dirt in . :) This can not show up in my view. :) Should be more professional kneading plate. :) We have very big one at home normally equal to regular ones 10 times big. :) While when yu angry or stressed, just can kneading or throwing the dough like that way, all free to hit. :)
