Try to use more air and feel the 'line' of the melody rather than just the individual notes. It helps if you sing the part - you will naturally be more musical that way. Also, do not roll the flute for high notes. To get a better sound on the upper register, relax your mouth and throat, pretending that there is an egg made out of air resting on the back of your tongue. And remember, for a piano sound do NOT use less air, make a smaller hole with your lips. Keep practicing :)

It was really good. I also play the flute. I was lookin up videos of people playing "Bella's Lullaby" so I can play it at my Solo Contest. But i would say you need to blow more/faster air on the higher notes and tongue firmer. Also try slowing down until you can play it flawlessly then you can work ob speeding it up. Well for the most part you had a good sense of the song and knew how the music flowed. Well, I heard a lot of thongs that were good, and have room to improve (which is a good thing).
#1: Stand up straight, and chin up but not too high and don't stand to straight up that your tense.
#2: Fix your tone. Try working with a pouty lip. Like a sad face. The more tense you are in your lips the airier it gets. I know it will seem weird at first but it helps.
#3: When working on your lip, try adjusting your head joint. Like position it so the lip plate is a facing towards you but not too m

As some of the other people commented, it would help if you rose your chin and opened up your airways, and, since you're looking at music, the best way to do that is raise the stand a bit more. You sound very tense too, so loosen up. This can be helped by changing your breathing. For exhaling, one way to think about it is as if you're fogging up a window. Inhaling, push your stomach out and make sure to keep your back straight and shoulders back. That helped me out. Good job though! :)
Heyy! :) That sounded pretty good, only things I'd say were that everything about your playing would improve so dramatically if you just got your posture a bit better? Support your whole body from your lower back muscles, relax your arms, keep your shoulders back and, most importantly CHIN UP! :) Also, you could maybe do with practising with a metronome a few times just to make sure you don't speed up accidentally? Stick your chin out on the high notes and make your blow hole alot smaller it helps alot! Also Pull your stand up higher so your not looking down It will help you to keep your chin and flute up!
tone is great, but on your higher notes try not to blast them out, try to connect them more, and in some parts your going faster than needed( i've played this song) so just try to stay with the tempo..... but other than that your really good :D

dnt worry bout the rushing at the end, it is a rly difficult piece to learn but i wud say the only thing u need to work on is the breathing, try to make it about evry 4 bars or so and then the airy notes will fade with all the practice when your workin on that! XD you shud post more vids on stuff like that!
its a good piece its beautiful only thing i would say is lift your flute up at the end it will bring a clearer note to your playing and also work on the position of your lips when you play. if you notice the slight sound of air going across the flute this will eliminate this sound and produce clearer notes. I love the song so keep going its beautiful

I would straighten up a bit.
Down bow the flute to much to the ground than your intonation will get very bad.

Support your whole body from your lower back muscles, relax your arms, keep your shoulders back and, most importantly CHIN UP! :) Also, you could maybe do with practising with a metronome a few times just to make sure you don't speed up accidentally? How long have you been playing flute for? :)

Stick your chin out on the high notes and make your blow hole alot smaller it helps alot! Also Pull your stand up higher so your not looking down It will help you to keep your chin and flute up!

tone is great, but on your higher notes try not to blast them out, try to connect them more, and in some parts your going faster than needed( i've played this song) so just try to stay with the tempo..... but other than that your really good :D

1. keep the flute parallel to the and don't let it sag. 2. blow directly into the hole and not so much across it. 3. you need more breathe support. really push from the diaphram. you should really be engaging your stomach muscles. other than that it seems that you did very well. your vibrato was really cool.

good job :) and don't bash yourself! I mean you put a notation saying "my face looks weird" DON'T DO THAT!!! ROCK WHAT YOU GOT AND YOU ROCKED IT! :) there isn't any reason to defend yourself before people even start saying things, if they say something...then good for them...they are big and bad and know how to say rude things...I don't see how they can take pride in that. But don't be afraid to play your best and be proud of it. Don't even give someone the opportunity to say something ;)

You play this song very well! However, your tone DOES sound a little airy and it almost seems as if you're trying to rush the song. Take your time :] Don't just PLAY the music....you gotta FEEL it, too.

Alright u were very good, I'm not sure, but were u tonging, not hufing the notes? And try moving the headjoint around alittle if u want to cut some of the extra airee sounds. Other than that AWESOME. BTW I'm in the highist band at Baker C.M.S. so that is y the sugjestions. : - O : - )

nice but i can really hear your breath coming through as air. I mean like you are just blowing through it (while sound was coming out though) do you get it? whatever this is coming from a girl that the first time i tryed the flute it sounded perfect.

Very good job :) I just started to play the flute about the beginning of september so you are doing a great job (from my point of view). One thing that was noticable to me was that you were rushing alittle bit. Other than that, keep up the good work :)

dnt worry bout the rushing at the end, it is a rly difficult piece to learn but i wud say the only thing u need to work on is the breathing, try to make it about evry 4 bars or so and then the airy notes will fade with all the practice when your workin on that! XD you shud post more vids on stuff like that!

its a good piece its beautiful only thing i would say is lift your flute up at the end it will bring a clearer note to your playing and also work on the position of your lips when you play. if you notice the slight sound of air going across the flute this will eliminate this sound and produce clearer notes. I love the song so keep going its beautiful
