I was looking for a Kate Wolf song sung by Lucinda williams, " Here in California" and I happened across Caroline Herrings version of the same song and I was instantly taken with her delicate voice. If not for youtube I may never have heard this amazing woman sing and I envy you getting to see her live. How can a talent like this not be on the radio??

Wow. I didn't think I could become a more rabid fan of Caroline's music, or have greater respect for her as a friend, but this video artfully accomplished both. Well done, Christie! Can't wait for the release show on Saturday, at which I expect to purchase multiple new CDs for many friends and family.

I enjoyed Caroline's documentary that she proudly presents through simple compassion, with an extraordinary gift of empathy in the words and music of her songs by putting herself in the place of another, to experience what they were feeling, to understand their motives and desires. Caroline's songs offer consolation in the conviction that in the memories of others through songs, some part of us remains alive in a world where many move stoically. Excellent documentary. Jerry D
