So... i dont know myself because i am a product of what ive been told by others, and what i am i dont know, and if try to be someone else i will never be myself, so the question is - how do i know when im myself if i never know what i am.
This guys says some interesting things sometimes, but it's very confusing and contradictory.
@ir0n2541 you know yourself by returning to your originality, any cultivation of a self is the false self or what you have been programmed to do. you are as you are, you have to be effortless if u want to be your true self. Does a dog need to try to be a dog or try to be Anything? A dog is as it is, lucky for it, it does not question its existence, there it knows itself on the deepest level. check out my channel, i teach this also.

and iam 31 same i have 99 ame i cal myself abnormal guy or fail boy . its a wal to the humans .they cant question me then . lol . arguments have no end until one meets you ! i just wanted to argue with you although i feel you would have soon realised what i am . RIP . salute to u . for ur skills .
way out of balance... and too angry at times ... yes his energy is freed up from conditioning but the psycho-personality traits had some work to be done.... but yes... overall great words to contemplate... i like him and he def had some impact earlier on for me... but vipasana is the best practice for most ;)
@bucketbotable especially considering he comes from India and not America, he got a lot of guts to say what he does, america promotes individuality and everyone has the right to say what they want to, in India PEOPLE HAVE TO CONFORM TO THE NORM OR THERE ARE REPERCUSSIONS!
