I though ''Mouth of Madness'' was scarier than this. The electric chair bit always makes me shiver, but I laugh when Cash owns them all. This level is just plain funny.

You have to decapitate the last Smiley Hunter wearing the pink dress in "Mouth of Madness" and take his head with you in the Guard Room. Then you get a SPAS 12 Pump Gun in "Doing Time", which is hidden upstairs on the left behind room after the first checkpoint. Hope, this chelps you, although you probably already found it out on yourself!!! ;-))
first time i played manhunt i thot if u walked behind them theyd hear u so i couldnt even beat the 1st lvl lol i got it now tho i cant beat wrong side of the tracks altho i only tryed to beat it once
They don't all speak that way. Some talk like they're slow, some think that Cash took his shoes. The ones you heard in this level think they're in a dinner party. They're all insane. This level is inside an asylum.

u have to stay close right behind the enemy and hold it down and dont let go until u see the arrows chaning colours.

Yes. Longer you hold it, more violent the execution.
