@time2sit He meant to Steer, its not a cutting edge concept... its a recycled one just like any other concepts. Dan is more of a researcher, not a "monk". He devoted much of his life relearning these concepts for our comfort ion the future. Someone has to do the dirty job and he did. So we say thanks to him.

I am going to have to watch this again, there is so much amazing info here, and it is EXACTLY what I am curious about right now! I was even listening to another radio show today about Heart Math JUST as I noticed you put this up!

And he is right, eating Monocultured food like wheat and corn (especially wheat) make me angry and stupid! I have MUCH more aliveness when I eat unprocessed foods (meats and veg).
