The "Bullet Time" effect was created by the camera, a Casio EX-F1. The camera has several different high speed settings ranging from 30 frames per second all the way to 1200 fps. In this video I used the Full HD mode, the 300 and 600 frames per second settings and used Final Cut Pro on my Mac Book Pro to edit the various clips together.
