I remember hearing there was an episode where the guy knocked out a whammy panel and he was eliminated from the game. I also remember seeing for a brief time a Canadian Whammy, riding a moose. I'd love to see those again.

Now THIS is the era I remember of Press Your Luck when repeats aired on USA in the '90s: 1985-86, but especially 1986, the year I was born.

I gotta agree with everyone who commented, Paige is VERY attractive - like Laurie and Suzanne from July 1984, Veronica from May 1984 and Pattie from September 1984 (I think). Once again, keep up the good work, mtiller2006. :)
