The comic timing in this routine is fantastic. I performed this skit in high school, and my scene partner repeatedly emphasized the importance of the rapid-fire delivery. I never got it quite right; there's no duplicating this one.

The tall guy is Bud Abbott and the short guy is Lou Costello.
This is a skit from about the mid 1950's, but they performed it thousands of times on radio, way before TV, and also in the movies.
Do a Google and you will find many variations by them.

Nothing beats the original Abbot && Costello. I've watched imitations and they just don't compare. I love these guys. Nobody will replace em.
