Listen to all & I mean ALL his complaints. You'll notice common thread, "Crony-Capitalism" Govt being bought off, oh I mean, "lobbied" by special interest groups/corporations to pass law, ordinance, etc., thats favorable to them REGARDLESS if it helps the people or not. Oh sure, they'll always put some spin on it to make it acceptable, but the end result will always be loss of freedom the MORE GOVT intervenes.
HORRIFICALLY that's exactly what he's asking for & he will get it! MORE Govt CONTROL!

San Francisco has a small Black population mainly due to affordability and also the culture is too liberal for blacks to live amongst. Blacks are not liberal as they like to think. Most of them are intolerant of other ethnic and racial groups. Many are homophobic and sexist so that is a reason why Blacks are not so well populated.
