  • The gym in my town is at 1000 $ a year.. shouldn't gym's be for free, since its SO GOOD for people and can save lives? And why the heck are organic food, eco friendly food double the price of junk food? Insane.. the community wants us to be fat.

  • @Terixi fresh fruit, vegetables and meat are infinitely cheaper than chips and chocolates. the price is an excuse from people who have never really compared the options.

  • I love this show and l even like GILLAN, she tells it like it is. My favorite part is the side by side at the end. Wow laura looks great. The wonders of eating heathy and exercise, and laura's kids are cuite too!

  • @eizhowa Well you should trust it, because that's how many calories those things pack in....One slice of the average pizza is 250-300 calories!!

  • Thanks very much for posting this! I've always enjoyed this programme but can' t get it any more. The tables full of brightly coloured, healthy food have certainly had a big impact on me and I eat very healthily these days.

    lieutkusi is right swimming would be a better suggestion than jump rope....

  • With proper stretching, moderation and grass opposed to cement or black top, there is nothing wrong with her jumping rope.

  • she shouldn't jump the jump rope with that weight that ain't good for her knees.....

  • Gillian has suggested swimming pool exercising to those that complain about their ankles or knees if exercising is that bad for them. =P
