some questions asked by the woman, when the camera is on her, only during some "?'s" you will hear a buzz on her audio. This means that the natural audio is not the same as it was during the recording of this interview. The buzz you hear is made from one of 2 things, different equipment or it was not grounded. the recording on this interview was cut up and the interviewers questions were changed. starting at 4:00
he built him self from a very poor guy working for Aramco as a paper/Janitor. after hour education (highschool) then the company sent him to the US were he got his digree. completed his masters and worked his way until he became CEO of ARAMCO. after working 50 years to Aramco (9 yr paper boy - 59yo CEO), he retierd to then become the minister of Pet. & Minerals.
i think what he meant : i cant predict the price of the oil in the near future and if i knew i will take the advantage and go for gambling in Las Vegas..
His answers are shallow, extremely basic and inaccurate. Prices of oil are allocated during to complex economic equations, not what seems fair and what is not.
The minister seems to be a sophisticated man. The interview only scratched the surface and in a sense the interviewer got the answers from interviewee as expected; no surprises here.
