I don't agree to a murder charge as they did not do it with intent and, as you say, they were just plain stupid. At worst they should be charged for manslaughter (not sure what they class that as in America) but it's murder without intent or to cause death without intent.

Thank you for your feelings of outrage. There are a lot of people who are thoughtless and hurtful. The law may never be able to really place the perpetrators in a position where they are required to rehabilitate themselves. But any time the invasion of privacy is done with the express intent of violating human dignity it is indeed a shameful act. Even removing the highly controversial "gay rights" layer from this story, the fact remains that the objective was humiliation as entertainment.

In the car crash scenario that you presented, the victim had no control over the circumstances. But in this case, the victim committed suicide. I think these guys were complete idiots, having a laugh at someone else's expense with tragic consequences. If they have any kind of feelings they with live with what they've done for the rest of their lives. He was lucky to have such a good friend as you. God will judge them and justice will be done through Him, it's the best kind of judgement.

@babygurl617 it wasnt selfish, he was obviously in lots of pain and hurting from what they did to him. and who knows people could have been makin fun of him for it and he couldve felt death was better to deal with than going through life not being accepted by anyone, and being made fun of all the time. it is not right what those people did and no they did not literally kill him but yea they did help him do it. they sat there and did this, they had to of known there was gonna be consequences!
