  • lets smoke that stogie he's got!

  • Molestation is part of the program when living in a police state. Once the government issues a state of emergency, false flag or otherwise, an executive order declaring gun confiscations will be legal. And that'll be the first day of the 2nd American Revolution.

  • Vote Ron Paul 2012

  • The guy on the right likes Zappa. That makes him cool by default.

  • It's so odd when cops know they can't do anything they decide to lecture you like they know more than you do. Here in Cali ive made it a point many times to light up a joint in the open and have actually been stopped by police for this but when they see my card and prniout of the states laws they resort to lecturing me. Hell I get weird looks all the time from CIGARETTE smokers and people DRINKING at the bar when I decide to light up a joint, what a joke of a society we live in.

  • @TheDirtball69 What is the nature of their lectures!!? That's so funny! What do they say to you?

  • ontario canada cant have guns cause they got rid of them in england and they are trying to get rid of them all together in canada and austrailia

  • I open carry pretty much daily here in Pennsylvania and have never been stopped by a cop even once. Good luck to you open carry guys in other states, and to the guy who said you should expect to be detained exercising your rights... Sad that you're clearly ready to bend over on request. No one should expect to be detained for anything other than breaking a law, and the fact you don't know that makes you a sad example of how sheepish most Americans have become.

  • I dont understand why people make a scene. Regardless of 'open carry' laws you should expect to be searched and questioned. Carry it under your shirt and get on with your life.

  • @agreenishhue Doesn't open carry mean they must be out from under the shirt? Maybe I am mistaken, and it's just that if asked ,you must say, "I have a fire-arm, on my right/left hip"

  • @Tinderboxing This revolves around the right to "openly carrying a firearm in public". Which is different from concealed carry laws. In most cases it is people looking to irritate the general public. I own a few pistols, I love guns. What I hate to see is two morons trying to prove a point. Again you should expect to be detained exercising your 'rights'.

  • LOL Not sure how I feel about a guy with a wearing a gun and a Frank Zappa T-Shirt.

    ;)

    Stay strong guys. Keep going.

  • never give up your guns. good show dudes. good to see your standing.

  • The young Americans and all other open carriers and nothing less than American HERO's in action helping to support and maintain our constitutional authority to bear arms to protect ones self from harms way.

ALL Americans NEED to start doing the same ASAP !

  • While it is not clear from their description of the incident in this video, did they consent to the search and seizure? As a recommendation, should they be faced with such an incident once again while lawfully exercising their 2nd amendment rights that they take the opportunity to exercise their 4th amendment rights as well. Thereby gaining two infractions for the price of one should they end up being arrested.

  • is this micheal cera? loll

  • Real men carry concealed, dicks. Showing off your weapon does not make anyone respect nor like you. If I were you, I would take that gun, put it in my mouth and end my pointless existence.

  • I have a carry permit in Tennessee. I was once harassed by a cop because my weapon was visible (accidentally) , and he told me that I was violating the law because of this. He told me that my permit was a "concealed carry" permit, and I had to carry it that way. I informed him that there is no such thing in Tennessee, only handgun carry permits. He threatened to arrest me, and only relented when a supervisor came and told he that he was wrong. He was belligerent the whole time. No apology given.

  • I too am a FL resident (former NH.) I will be in NH for a few weeks next month as an out of state resident am I legally able to open carry in NH?

  • I hate to be German -.-! America FUCK YEAH! I love America!

  • These guys should file a lawsuit against those pigs. Excercise rights or lose them!

  • I bet 100 buck these two have been molested by a priest.

  • Hahahahhahhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa @ His Name Is Neo Conner.

What the, Is He A Jewish Scum?

    /user/ZionistJewsDid911

  • @MuslimsVsJews (sigh- face palm) when saying "You're a dummbas" doesn't cut it...

    /watch?v=XZxzJGgox_E&NR=1

  • @MuslimsVsJews how is your ramadamadingdong going?

  • @joeglimmix Hahaaaa Its Going Good Bro, Shukker Alhumdu-Lillah. Thanks For Asking.

    Salaam My Dear Brother

  • now its 2011 how has things changed for you NH residents carrying? have the police lightened up? or has it got worse?

  • I'm telling you more people need to start filing civil suits against the cops for assault, battery, false imprisonment, there is a potential defamation claim here because there were witnesses. More cops and departments defending legitimate civil suits will likely reduce the numbers of illegal stops of people exercising their constitutional rights.

  • When I see the boys carrying the guns I am filled with hopes! parents, let your sons play with toy guns as early as possible, and when they reach maturity, encourage them to carry the big real guns! They are our future, our protectors!!!!! There two young men are polite, solid, and articulated! Also, the police need to be informed about the truth too so they can join the people's side.

  • @sai18kit I agree with you but... I honestly think the police are out to get who they can, and be the "sole saviors" for others.. In all reality, if everyone defended themselves, (and it were completely legal to do so) there would be very little need for police.. Maybe to run a jail, but not to be cruising around the streets. If everyone chose to defend themselves, they would be out of work. So I think they want people to be disarmed so they have "the power" and are needed..

  • @YamahaWR200 @sai18kit YOU ARE SO RIGHT, IVE BEEN SAYING THIS ALL ALONG. WHY DO WE NEED THE POLICE? I HAVE NEVER HAD A GOOD ENCOUNTER WITH THEM, ONLY GIVEN TICKETS OR HARASSED. AND IF YOU BREAK INTO MY HOME I WILL SHOOT THE SHIT OUT OF YOU! SO WHY DO I SPEND 35% OF MY INCOME FOR TAXES TO PAY FOR UNWANTED POLICE TO BOTHER US? ARM AMERICANS AGAIN AND LET US BE FREE. FREEDOM IS NOT A CRIME-

  • @sai18kit YOU ARE SO RIGHT, IVE BEEN SAYING THIS ALL ALONG.

  • No, guns weren't designed to "kill". They were designed to cause a projectile to travel in a straight line at a high velocity. They can be USED to kill. But so can a bow and arrow, a stick of dynamite, a belt, a credit card, a bic pen, or even a rolled up newspaper. Get my drift? It's not the INSTRUMENT that is the killer. I can think of a thousand ways to kill, with a thousand different implements. Because I own one of them doesn't make me a killer.

  • Nice job guys! You guys seem like good people and it is your right to open carry in NH. ;o)

  • To bad we can't bill city's for police wasting our time unjustly.

  • @o7roadking My point is elswhere. You carry for selfdefense, me too. If a pitbull runs with mouth full of slobery teeth at your child... how fast can you unload an empty magazine, insert a full one and cycle your gun? what use apart of "stating my rights" is your unloaded gun for your child? non. my point is that every open carying person puts himself to disatvatage in all possible defense situations.

  • @Dusan12 Now wait just a minute, there's something I'm not getting in your message. You said"unload an empty magazine, insert a full one, and cycle the gun". Maybe there's something I'm missing here. Why would I be walking around with an EMPTY magazine in my pistol? Then you say that every open carry person puts himself to disadvantage in all possible defense situations. Well, hell yeah, if he's carrying an UNLOADED gun! But who would be THAT stupid? Your post makes no sense the way I read it.

  • @msrebel54 Hi, merebel54. Im not from US, aparently... As I undestand from other videos on youtube when you open carry you have to have an emtty magazine and not a round in the chamber. Am I right or did I miss something? All the cops do check this 2 things...

  • @Dusan12 "when you open carry you have to have an emtty magazine and not a round in the chamber."

Depends on the US state you are in. In that regard, we're like 50 little countries, and each one has its own rules. CA is the one that says you can't carry a LOADED sidearm openly. Might as well not bother then. MOST US states don't have silly and dangerous rules like that. When I OC, there's a full mag and one in the pipe, but I can do that where I live. There's no law that covers all States.

  • @msrebel54 thx for explanation. Has to be kind of dificult when you travel a lot. But at all means easier as in Europe or EU. In Czech Republic you can carry conseald only, but it is quite common - something like 15% of citizens in the major cities have a permit and a lot of us carry at daily base. And you see almoust no violent crime, non what ever throu the day, drunk and drugged dudes in the night....

But I can not travel with a gun to neigbouring countries in the EU, not even a knife....

  • whats the point.so they can try to ban guns altogether .keep them concealed it puts the anti gun nut at ease what your doing just makes the folks that are on the fence about guns lean in the anti gun peoples direction your doing more harm than good for guns and ccp

  • Hi, I completely understand your right to open carry. But dont you think, that you are in a tactical disatvantage to a conseald carrying person with a full magazine i his gun? And who do you think will be the first to get a bullet in a shooting situation, when the offender first assets the dangers before he is to commit an armed crime? If he desides to do so.

In my country I carry conseald with one in the chamber, witch is completely legal and tactical wise. Dont you think?

  • It is our right but I dont think its best to carry your weapon around... I leave all of mine at home.

There are many people that walk around with guns illegally... if they want yours to add to their collection, you won't know until it's to late. Even if that isnt the case, heat of the moment incidents can easily get carried away. We all need time to cool off. GL wth your revolution lol and be safe.

  • @tnezone Ok... So when the person with the illegal gun comes up to rob you and you don't have yours what happens then? Oh that's right, you get killed for the $3.00 in your pocket and your family wonders why you couldn't defend yourself. The person with the illegal gun is 90% LESS likely to attack an armed citizen than an unarmed one. They've said so themselves, look it up. Your logic makes no sense. An armed robber with an illegal gun isn't going to take a moment to cool off as you put it.

  • @outlawracer2229 In all my life... I have never had someone come up to me and try to rob the $3.00 out of my pockets lol. I dont think it will ever happen. If I walk around with a weapon in plain sight... someone is going to fu*k with me. Maybe thats just where I live though. I just choose not to draw attention to myself. CCW is the way to go.

  • @tnezone I agree, concealed is better. What you implied in your comment was not to carry at all. I've never been approached in an unsavory manor "where I live" either. Where I've worked in the past on a few occasions is a different matter all together.

  • @outlawracer2229 Yeah man... IF you're going to walk around with it, CCW is best.

  • all gay,

  • of course theres gonna be a cop on pork central

  • so you walk around with "open carry" waiting for cops to come up to you?

  • @rjkelley1317 Yep.that's how they love to spend their time. Wasting cops and taxpayers money. Next time Neal is confronting a cop he should try taking out his gun to demonstrate to the cop that it is not loaded. Let's see how that works out. Irritating and disrespectful little dweebs who look up to the great nerd,..Dave Ridley.

  • 4th amendment went straight out the window on this one. they seize your numbers if you weren't accused of a crime.

  • what a bunch of pussies

  • @jasonsheil Who are the pussies ? The police or the Freestater open carry wonks. They both seem meow meow to me.

  • @justcallmeassinine Nope. Freestaters. Cops risk their lives helping you live a normal life. Freestater whine and bitch like they actually have something to complain about.

  • @jasonsheil I completely agree. I don't know how Dave Ridley and pals get away with annoying and harassing the police. This could only happen in Manchester. They are similar to the Westboro Church harassing the families of fallen US soldiers. And our courts supported that ! How sad for us.

  • The first thing that cops have to do in an incident like described is to explain why the hell they themselves are carrying guns.

  • Thats bullshit shit and your bullshit for making this stupid ass video with 2 thumb sucking babies who got picked on there whole life and decided to open carry cause it makes them look cool..........concealed carry is the way to go

  • @08mopardude Mopar -- So all the bad-ass American Grandfathers of ours from yester-year were a bunch of ass-clowns for carrying their weapons where they could be seen? Who gives a shit? They're legally armed red-blooded American men. I'm proud to have them on my team.

  • Guns dont cause crime, black people do.

  • They look like kids thus the reason they were stopped, now how it was handled wasnt the best way possible and the cops should be written up for faluire to uphold these guys rights.

  • I think they should have asked how long it took for them to respond to the call. I think that in it self should lend to the idea that we should be allowed to carry and protect ourselves. We don't have 5 minutes, 3 minutes, or even 30 seconds to wait for the cops to show up and save our asses.

  • FREESTATERS: thanks for the support everyone now help us support or friends at nambla.org thanks you so much tronclay thanks for those pics and your donation to nambla.org keep up the fight we won’t be pushed around by these pigs anymore- its appreciated our choice is our right, freedom of speech guys.

  • @RidleyReports HOAX ALERT! Look at the name spelling closer. This is not "RidleyReport" It is "RidleyReportS" with a "S" at the end. nambla = North American Man Boy Love Association. Yes Men that like boys! "(NAMBLA) is a pedophile and pedarasty advocacy organization in the United States that works to abolish age of consent laws decriminalizing adult sexual contact with minors"

  • @RidleyReports TROLL ALERT!

  • Cops say all the time that "you may not know it, or like it but that's the law" about this or whatever. Well these cops got a dose of their own medicine. LOL. They can like, lump it, live to get over it, or die because of it. Unless//until the legislature up there takes back that carry law and it is signed into law by the governor, they can carry in the open. Here in TN, we have a "carry" law. It doesn't specify concealed or open, what kind, how many, amount of ammo. Long arms in a car OK now

  • but not all cops dislike OC , My coach recently retired loves when people open carry so does his department in Las Vegas

  • but not all cops dislike OC , I coach recently retired loves when people open carry so does his department in Las Vegas

  • This is a great video. These gentlemen are very level-headed and well spoken and I feel good representors of open carriers. I agree with the statement that when the cops bother us it just makes us want to do it more...

  • I'm glad you actually gave the officer an ID another ridleyreport video he refused to. That's illegal in most states. I agree with open carry and do every day in michigan.

  • @tubevideoguy762 you only have to give your id if you have commited a crime, and they did not do so.

  • the thing that sucks about this law . is these srcrawny nerds could easily be disarmed by a 8 year old . lol . there should be atleast a physical test for people to open carry .

  • @adamallup

Fuck yeah. Only people that are really strong and tough should be able to defend themselves. Weak or frail people should just fuckin' die, right?

There should be an intelligence test before people are allowed to exercise their freedom of speech so retards like you don't post stupid shit on the net.

  • @chopinbloc you must be a scrawny nerd huh?

there should be an intelligence test for people who read stupid shit and reply to it! lmao hahahah . dip shit

  • california new york mass and illinois are not even part of the united states, they are communist ran territories

  • These two scrawny nerds would need guns.

  • @Westmanboob Those two scrwany nerds are a couple of guys you have no power over, and I appreciate your pointing that out, Ace. You're just upset because you can't impose yourself on them, upset because the guns they carry make them your SUPERIOR in a situation where you would try and intimidate them or assert your dominance. Thanks for the inadvertant suport! Thank Sam Colt for your feelings. He created his revolvers to make guys like you UNCOMFORTABLE!

  • @homeostasis4me I love my Colt six!

  • @Westmanboob dont disrespect them for using a right that they have, your a coward for commenting on something you clearly dont respect or care about, so your opinion holds no water, GOD BLESS THE NRA

  • @Westmanboob LOL!

  • You guys are great!! Keep up the fight, next time you need to have 20 groups of 2 with an additional camera guy tailing 30 feet behind...... That sounds like a fun peaceful exercise of our god given right to bear arms.

  • Again, saying stupid things, such as the cops fondled you and assaulted you shows your attitude. If you opened carried and were cooperative when approached by cops, you would be viewed more as an aid to a peaceful society and not a threat. You just like poking authority and hurt a cause I believe in. While I don't open carry, I believe in the rights of people to do so, just don't keep trying to provoke cops, it does more harm to the 'movement'.

  • where is it that these guys walk around in New Hampshire that they feel the need to carry loaded guns. The fact that a citizen called in to report seeing people with guns and was obviously concerned with the safety of the neighborhood says it all.

I hope if somebody sees a couple of people walking down the side walk in my neighborhood sportin' sidearms they call the cops. And I'm not saying that people don't have the right to own guns.Just use some common sense for fucks sake.

  • @ramseswraith you want people to use common sense, when you sit there admitting you dont care whether something is against the law or not, they just shouldnt do it anyway, because YOU dislike it? What kind of idiotic statement is that?

"The fact that a citizen called in to report yadaydaydada"....doesnt mean jack shit. Once again, are you an idiot or did you just wake up before making that comment?

Its NOT AT ALL POSSIBLE someone reported them because they were ignorant of the actual law right

  • Where does the term sympathizers come from?I'm a Ron Paul supporter!!!Its 07/09/2010 right now!!I'm putting up a Ron Paul 2012 sign in my front yart today!!!Please join me and keep it going!!!

  • Is that the Ruger P94 i see there??....my choice as well....great gun!

  • see i would say go fuck ur self and i have the right to carry a gun and u should sue them, thats wat i would do.

  • good job guys, know your RIGHTS

  • its not like they were walking around waveing it every were and its a hand gun not an ak of a m16 people need to relax

  • Alot of places allow open carry of hand gun's . The problem is not many people in those places know about it , so not many people carry openly . The cop's don't know about it and aren't used to it couse they don't see everyone doing it . There for they kinda freakout like evryone else when they see it . Vote for open carry in your state, get the cop's on your side, and make popular again .

  • Good job guys. What is the purpose of an inalienable right, if it is not exercised?

It is your God given right to protect yourself with what ever weapon you can find or use.

Any organization or person who wants to disarm you, is doing so with impure and untruthful ulterior motives. If they were pure and honest, they would leave your rights alone!!

  • @MrPatriot1787

You are totally right. It is like when I organized my neighborhood watch and we equipped ourselves with RPGs. Can you guess what the cops did? Fascist pigs with their impure and untruthful motives said we were a public menace! Personally I think RPGs are a poor excuse for what the founding fathers really intended- every citizen to carry suitcase nukes as the ultimate deterant against crime, violence, and rights infringing.

  • @donfolstar Are you just joking around ? If not, you sure are a toolbag for the socialist global elites.

  • @donfolstar People should be able to drive a damn tank if they want. As long as an individual has no documented history of mental illness or conviction for violent crime, there is no reason to treat those who have a history of abiding within the law the same as those who do not.

  • Awesome job! You guys are awesome. Open carry is illegal in FL. I'd like to open carry. It's more comfortable than concealed carry.

  • What incredible douchebags. Protect themselves from whom?

Having a gun holstered on your side is a sure fire way to provoke the maximum response. Act even a bit out of line and the citizen/officer who proceeds to pump a few rounds into your face just has to say "he was armed" to the judge.

Somehow I think these idiots' big man attitude (no one will mess with me now!) would not be as appreciated if it was being practiced by a few dozen latin kings in front of their homes.

  • @donfolstar " douchebags " ? Really ? A holstered weapon. Officer / citizen pumps rounds into your face " "he was armed" judge. LOL LOL Your kidding right ?

ROTFLMFAO . Honestly amigo. Come on ! The actual courtroom drama would be quite the opposite. Especially so considering these to guys look about as intimidating as girl scouts.

  • @donfolstar Latin Kings? Are you serious? Latin Kings??? Three words: Arizona Immigration Good.

  • haha looks like michael cera good vid though

  • while most of the force is herassing this two they could be out helping someone who NEEDS it

  • Good for those two scholars, they make me proud.

  • Good job fellas!

One tiny little note of criticism - While asserting your rights never give a bogus reason for doing so. ie-"Protect me and my friends". I hardly think that was your real reason for carrying. Wasn't it to simply condition police/citizenry of your rights by asserting them? Exercising them? You don't need to give excuses for your Rights.

  • Yea, these guys look like real troublemakers.

If they weren't breaking the law, I hope NH has a grass roots organization to fight for the 2nd Amendment right.

Two open carry armed citizens just detered a robbery at a Waffle House in Marietta Georgia.

    True.

    GCO..org

  • Originally all men carried Arms openly, and later a License was required if you wanted to conceal your weapon. Peace officers and special government-employees require this. In other words, if you wished to hide your gun, and not carry it openly like a free man, you needed a special permit.

    That's why it's called a "concealed carry".

You do NOT -- however -- need a permit to carry OPENLY.

    ..

  • @SlLENTHlLL Let us not forget how these CC laws and bans on CC started...ready class? Jim Crow....that's right. Laws passed specifically to target certain people so they could not defend themselves against.....the kkk. These laws are all good ole boy "disarm the blacks so when we come a ridin', they can't shoot back" ideas, of course at first not enforced against whites.

  • @Grantrus71 is that the reality I'd love to get more info on it.

  • Dave does the kid on the right have a beer in his hand? I hope that I am wrong.

  • LMAO

  • on the next...dweebs with guns...

  • @lamoonaniteowl Wow, original. You could write Bill Maher's SLOP.

  • I am ALL FOR open carry but was that kid on the right holding a beer?!? Part of responsible firearm ownership is knowing alcohol and firearms do not mix.

  • Yeah, but you could be all like "people who think the government did 9/11 are evil terrorists because obviously anyone who would think the government would do that to you would be angry at the government right?.. no

Freedom is about being allowed to do what you want, until you hurt other people. As long as this kid doesn't shoot someone, he should have the right to open carry, even with a beer.

I do agree though, that it is dangerous and irresponsible, but so are cigarettes and they're legal.

  • @Flatheadhomebrewer

Alcohol doesn't mix with anything... It's better to simply just never touch it at all.

  • Did you get the pig's name who disrespected your rights? It would be good to point out to him that a complaint from a nervous ninny doesn't invalidate your rights...

  • Fuck tha pigs...

  • You got me enthused. Nic vid.

  • So is this stater program part of robert Meynards ideas of Freeman on the land? Or does NH just have relaxed laws relative to other states?

  • when the police are forming their "illogical" arguement there is an important factor they are ignoring. Sure these young men could probably feel safe in public but what open carry helps to do is allow the public to understand that people are indeed armed in public. It may help those intent on victimizing others to think twice before they assault and/or rob people in the community. Who really wants to go out and commit crimes on people in a town where many residents are known to be armed?

  • The Sheriff of Shawnee County KS in Topeka was a speaker at an event I attended, YR 2000, and he encouraged all women to get guns and training to shoot because he said it would save so many lives, since women are the #1 victim of violence.

  • If guns cause crime, mine must be defective.

  • you sir are a god of words

  • HAHA best comment ever! So true because it's not the gun that causes crime, its crime that causes crime and crime can be committed with a million different ways. Why don't we ban pencils, they can be lethal.

  • @mpov147 Nice one I love Eric Shelton

  • Don't take this out of context but...

It isn't you against the cops

It's about you against the bad guys!

Try not to forget that when interacting w/ them.

Either way I live in Cali. so good on ya fellas!

    Carry On!

  • Maybe we should debate all together and bring it to the powers that be, Why are the Police in our country being used as a standing army against the common man? Is that not what the milita is for, ie (modern national guard is loosley defined as the states militia). However the Constitution gives a wider definition. Eitherway get these police off the street, and let them enforce the law where / when it is applicable. STOP THE RANDOM HARASEMENT. Peace

  • GOOD FOR YOU GUYS. long live the republic

  • I bet the caller was a racist anti-gun democrat who saw a hispanic looking guy walking down the street open carrying when it is legal to OC.

  • If you were a criminal you would conceal even if open carry was legal because if someone did rob a gas station and put the gun in his holster the police would find him really fast, just look for the guy with the gun, so a criminal would still conceal. This is why open carry in NH has lead to less crime not more crime. Other states should be watching.

  • trueworldhistory is GARBAGE!!!

  • Within 90 minutes of the explosion McVeigh was stopped by Oklahoma State Trooper Charlie Hanger for driving without a license plate, and arrested for unlawfully carrying a weapon.

  • The United States was founded upon guns, we won our revolution with guns. People are conditioned to be afraid of guns, but never the 200 MPH Corvette that could be driven by a drunken fool. We have speed limits here also, but we still have these fast cars..I see no one infringing on their right to property there due to 'safety issues'. Anything is dangerous, and most people who OC are responsible and safe enough to do it. They know not to draw their weapon if the situation does not demand it.

  • #2

If you are going to open carry, you need a retention holster to make it more difficult for some one to take it from you. If a large percentage of cops that are shot, are shot by their own gun, and they train more often. What do you think your chances in a fight are? Level 2 holsters are not that expensive.

    Stay Safe

    Stay Armed

  • #1

I think it is fine to carry open or concealed. It is our right.

The kid with the white shirt Conner proved that he (probably both) didn't have much training other than the basic safety rules (they left them in their holsters during the interview). His rugger safety was in the down position. "Down is Dead" The hammer was down so the first pull is double action. The gun will not go off in the holster. When you need it in a hurry, you need that safety switch in the up position to fire.

  • The police acted correctly. If you don't like it then don't carry a gun.

  • Randy, the police don't have a right to detain and disarm you unless they have reasonable suspicion of you committing a crime. Walking down the street open carrying in NH is NOT a crime.

  • You are correct but until the person is checked we do not know this person can legally own a weapon. People who are a felon, convicted of domestic battery, or a home grown terrorist. Remember timothy mcveigh? White normal looking guy. Police have gone through those checks and are trained. You create the attrention to yourself then the poice have the right to check you out. They would do the same to me if I walked around with a gun and badge in on my hip and they never seen me before.

  • By those standards then you should be pulled over driving your car on a daily basis or be required to go through a checkpoint and prove you are 1. licensed to drive the vehicle 2. The legal owner of the vehicle, or have their permission. And while you're stopped anyway, 3. Prove you're a US citizen or legally in the country. Oh, and 4. You're not an escaped or wanted felon.... Each one as ridiculous as assuming the guy not breaking the law is. They have no probable cause to stop them.

  • The police are protecting us from person who illegally have a deadly weapon.

  • Cops don't protect us, that isn't their job. Their job is to enforce the law.

In 1982 (Bowers v. DeVito), the Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit held, "...there is no Constitutional right to be protected by the state against being murdered by criminals or madmen."

Also, see Castle Rock v. Gonzales (US Supreme Court).

Although I don't open carry, I have a concealed 9mm on me at all times.

  • Liberalism rejects private solutions based on individual rights in favor of laws aimed at achieving social goals. A responsible individual holding a gun in self-defense does not fit their vision of society.

  • Why not just keep the weapon with you, but cover it with a loose shirt so people are more at ease. I agree with the right to cary weapons but if you want to "feel" safe and want others to feel at ease in public? why not just cover it. I don't feel the need to carry open but to carry is understandable. It's not a game. Let me say that again. IT'S NOT A GAME. Show responcibility by showing concern for families with kids who have to live with honest and dishonest open carriers.

  • I conceal my weapon although I am not obligated to do so. There is no law prohibiting OC where I live (Alabama). I can access it just as quickly either way.

  • Are there any Proc Free Staters that are members or supporters of the NRA?

  • all of them should.

  • So much for having more FREEDOM in NEW HAMPSHIRE,

  • At least you are allowed to carry a fully loaded firearm in New Hampshire. In California, both the chamber and magazine must be empty; Although you are allowed to carry a loaded magazine, as long as it is not touching any part of the gun.

  • Why would anyone want to live in the Communist run California.

  • @VeTTeMaNC486 Amen. ( - from a trapped Californian)

  • @VeTTeMaNC486 hey Ill be the first to agree with u that gun laws are horrible in cali but how ever bad u feel just step outside in beautiful san diego and it immediately changes your mood and all tho our gun laws need reform the reform on the prohibition on pot is well under way!

LIFE, LIBERTY, and the PURSUIT of HAPPINESS

  • @VeTTeMaNC486 you dont know the answer to that? people want to live in komiefornia for 3 reasons, they are 1) so that they can only have 10 rnd mags, 2) so that they can carry unloaded guns (aka bricks), and 3) so that they can not own ANYTHING newer than 2004 chambered in .50 BMG (we all know that .50 BMG is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS in the hands of a law abideing citizen)... rofl

  • @VeTTeMaNC486 I live there. The only reason is perfect weather, and chicks, but those don't do much good when you are being railed by the cops.

  • @VeTTeMaNC486 I'm forced to unfortunately. Hell with the way the govt is using the commerce clause if I walked across state border wearing my shoes they could regulate my walking back to California.

  • @VeTTeMaNC486 legal weed

  • @VeTTeMaNC486 California is the best!

  • @VeTTeMaNC486 This didn't even take place in California, but I agree!

  • @VeTTeMaNC486 Unfortunately I live here, but state parks, BLM, and on our own property we can open carry. It's getting more popular, as is Liberty. I haven't had any altercations when I OC my trusty six-shooter in my quick draw holster. Maybe my presence, not sure really. I think CC is a better idea for populated cities so one won't have to play slave when stopped at every other block by some authoritarian.

  • Cops have guns, dont I have to protect myself from getting shot? Cant I do what I need to do to keep myself safe in an encounter? I cant, because I dont have the authority?

    Neither do the cops.

  • Good to see the young men exercising their rights. They were mature and not over reacting to obvious intimidation (under the color of authority no less) from LEOs that over-stepped their authority then made attempts to ridicule law-abiding citizens for complying with open carry. No surprise they were treated like this, when good citizens that dare to exercise their rights, know their rights, those who would rule us (rather than govern justly) will try to scare and humiliates us into submission.

  • Control you anger. If you don't carry, your anger would be a good reason.

  • ur lame ...... probably a dumbass pig cop.

  • No license or permit is required for open-carrying firearms in New Hampshire, that's only for concealed-carry.

  • God Created Man and Colt Made them Equal.

  • Here is what the majority of the American public have been conditioned to think:

    1. It is a GOOD THING when an increasingly violent gang of revenue-collecting agents (cops), with the full force of the law and the protection of their fellow gang members (greater police fraternal brotherhood), with the ability to harass, fine, and intimidate anyone at will, walks around with guns.

    2. It is a BAD THING if a private citizen dares to assert his or her sovereignty, responsibility, and liberty.

  • The cop says you shouldent carry a gun but hes carrying a gun weres the logic in that.

  • Finally I see 2 people with a head on their shoulders. I'm sick of meeting people who would have no problem loosing their rights as well as taking away the rights of other because of their ignorance.

  • Not jut Manchester, they all are pissed to see they are not the only ones permitted to carry.

  • The second guy with the glasses should sue for the cops lying to him and speaking out of his job description.

  • intimidation and harrasment

  • fuck the cops!!!!! there brain washed.

  • hey i think thats gunstock mountain...
