usually, (and this is just from personal experience) when you get to use that sound effect at 0:14, where the sound swells into nothing, u might want to show something really scary, like the killer/monster lunging at the camera or something. just a tip, but its useful.
@SakkaraStudios101 as I mentioned in the discription, I wanted to try something a little less clique this time around. I often do the same thing multiple times and this was my chance to try something completely different.
@Leopard81TheDirector I agree with Sakkara, when it swells into nothing, it forces the viewer to analyze the next shot. Not really a POP or a SCAR* but something to get under our skin. That swell into nothing is basically leading into the shot that is supposed to make our hair stand up on end or send shivers down our spin.
For this, we have that swell, with the caption, "watching" but the next shot is two girls walking through a door. Perhaps the shot of your friend getting ambushed instead?
