@TheEvolet72 do you put a lil pressure while you carve out the smile line ? if not , then probably the place i work at use MMA liquid. The powder is so hard, coarse carbide hardly cut thru it ..

I do not understand why your material is so hard.
I only use liquids without mma ....
Powder and liquid should be of the same company.
Companies I work with are: Nsi, Kodi, NFU-Oh.
All can be processed well.
try it with a new bit;)

I file at about 15,000 rpm.
if that's not enough, then try it with 20000 rpm
