Have I got News For You, 8 out of 10 cats, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, Quite Interesting (QI), Argumental, Shooting Stars, Peep Show, Black Adder, Monty Python, Fawlty Towers, IT Crowd, Men Behaving Badly, Yes Minister... Theres too many to mention. The first few are all panel quiz shows the rest are situational comedies like the office.
