ohhh i think u should totally make one !! its true that there are many videos on how to make puff pastries.. but the fact is that NONE of them actually SHOW how the pastry turns out after baking them, and many turn out less puffy = _ =

Were the potatoes cooked before going in the pot?

@BingTheCherry yes :-) I cooked them for about 10 minutes in boiling salted water than cooked them the rest of the way through in the pot pie :-)
