@ChainChomp122 A female police officer grew suspicious of Garrido when he wanted a permitt to place religious flyers. A UC Berkley manger realized something was wrong when Jaycee's 15 year daughter was staring at the sky. They stalled until the next day they run a background check on him and discover that he was a sex offender. He went with both daughters. They called the his parole officer and his parole officer said he did not have any kids.

@ChainChomp122 Garrido brought both Jaycee and Nancy to the parole office there he confessed to kidnapping and raping Jaycee and the girls are his. Garrido and Nancy were arrested and the officer had Jaycee write down her name which she had done in years. She finally wrote her name down and called her mother. Jaycee as of September has filed a lawsuit against United States District Court for the Northern District of California for watching Garrido properly. I fully support this.
