Tribute to Old Busch Stadium

nothin g against the new stadium but before it was built i went to like atleast 10 games a year, including when Mark Mcgwire broke the single season homerun record. but now it just doesnt seem the same, going to a baseball game

I only just recently returned to St. Louis and went to the new Stadium it is awesome. Way better than the old one. The last time I had been in Busch Stadium Mark McGuire was going for his home run record race lol.

I went to a game at old Busch the final year. I ran the bases.....had to do it!

Caught a homerun in Homers Landing in left field on August 19,1996 hit by Ron Gant off of the Florida Marlins. As a Pittsburgh Pirate fan from Pittsburgh it was quite a thrill. I even got a signed Tony LaRussa document from the Cardinals. Class Organization.

I had one visit to the new Busch. I thought is was cheap built. seats too small, prices too high, cramped with poor sight lines. Shame on all of us Cardinal fans for letting these guys palm off this piece of crap and have the nerve to say its baseball heaven.

I will miss Busch Stadium too. My two flags flown over the stadium are a piece of history that I will never give away!

i grew up going to this stadium and it is sad to know i will never be able to go back. BUt my nice size ten pound chunk of the old stadium allows me to remember all the good memories i have with this wonderful team
