Has there been too many cage matches in ROH this year?/Previewing the Chiacgo Show/more

The Caged Collision match really shouldn't count for this year, as almost all of the build-up was from the previous year. I actually get the feeling that they were planning on doing that match at Final Battle, but then realized that it would be better to do it on PPV.

I think that they applied a similar thought process to Albright-Claudio. That was the first feud that someone who has only seen ROH on HDnet would really care about, so ithey used it to introduce the cage match to that audience

Aries and Cabana already had a cage match at 3rd Year Anniversary Part 1, they basically had a mini feud but it wasn't serious. Aries/Cabana on its own isn't really main event material so maybe that's why they are bringing in the cage. Colt challenging for the world title in Chicago has been overdone.

I think a cage should be used in a feud-ending scenario. If you have 22 feuds that are looked at as good in a year, then I think its good to have 22 cage matches.

I think there has been too many. I dont think the Albright/ Castagnoli feud needed the cage match and it didnt even deliver enough in my opinion.

Albright & co vs. Embassy = feud over after cage match

Tyler vs. Jimmy = feud over

Albright vs. Claudio = feud over

The newer one doesn't make sense

Yes I understand that they DO end feuds. But not all feuds have to end in a cage. Feuds sizzle out in other ways. Yea I got your message and I added you but I don't know if you have accepted my contact request.

Isn't this the second cage match Cabana and Aries have had? They had one when Aries was champion the first time. Another Cage match last year was another Steel Cage Warfare match between Aries' Team, Jacobs' team, and Necro Butcher

There only been two cage matches this year. Cage collision was last year. I have no problem with Colt and A Double being in a cage it hads more to the match.
