@jvolstad Thanks for comments. a true (exclusive) buyer agent (eba) is legally different (better) than most agents that call themselves buyer agents. An eba has a legal fiduicary duty to disclose all material info to their buyer. So, the buyer can make the best informed decision. Good luck out there. HomeBuyer Advocate Mike
