Kane was known for not being able to communicate ,and as seen in the first game WWF Warzone,he primarly communicated with grunts in that game...so when he spoke he used that...its apparent fire damage in the storyline and his lack of confidence in himself to speak freely...since his first incarnation of the character,was a psychopathic,depressant,and possibly bipolar character,Kane still rules now,but this is where he shined the most.

The day before he took of his mask, he cut all of his hair except from the middle, so that it would wit the storyline, and wore a mask with hair attacked to it. Then after some time, when he started appearing without the mask, he shaved his head fully. Before all of this, the Undertaker took of his mask, and you can see his face with all of his real long hair.
