can you please be so kind to reply to my earlier comment, as i am awaiting your response and very importantly could you also tell me whether on Canon 550D the magic lantern firmware once installed can be reverted back to official Canon firmware 1.0.9 or not ? Thanks!!
Even i am just trying to step into this experimenting the timelapse, but i do not have a intervolometrer. Can we manage without this or is this very much necessary ? and i do have a 550D. Can you also tell me how to set the interval b/w 2 shots ? is this where intervolometrer comes in handy or can be done on our 550D as well ?
Hi, i am very curious to know how did you take the snaps ? using the remote ? and could you please tell me the setting that you used to take such a wonderful time lapse.
@rahulmamtora Let me just say, first of all, that I am very much the amateur photographer, but have a keen interest in digital photography/videography. I bought a cheap intervolometer remote from eBay; there are plenty of reviews on just such a remote. I set the white balance manually - don't set it to auto white balance, otherwise each picture has the potential to have a different colour cast. I cannot recall exactly how many pictures I took, but it was one picture every 5 seconds (I think).
@rahulmamtora I then imported my photos into Quicktime 6, but you can import the photos into Photoshop/Lightroom (see Gavin Hoey's Youtube video called Timelapse photography tips from start to end.
