Max is also the heart and soul of the pittsburgh penguins. And even though hes playing with philly now, in some ways he will always be in the fans & players hearts. He shows up when he is needed, has a great personality, and really knows how to put himself on the line to increase his teams momentum. He is going to be missed by the team, and the fans. I have now watched this so many times that i could recite it word for word.

This is more inspirational than any speech in any movie. From hockey is in the head, to appriciation for being where they are, to Fleury proving everyone wrong, to the best day of his life, to Sid's leadership, to Mario's commitment; Max Talbot is a superstar.
