Yes they do. He's more saying; in the building where he is teaching it is mostly a distraction, hence the word ' commotion'. Let all things be done decently and in order 1 Corinthians 14:40 . There's is a time to rejoice, yes and a time to listen to the word of God.

I believe people have a right to shout & worship the Lord! Are you saying people should not worship?? How about people saying Amen during the message? OR backing up the preacher?? I understand not getting out of order...or people getting in the flesh....
