Why can`t these shallow twats talk about anything else than his hair? He is one of the most popular and acclaimed popular fiction author ever, so why can`t people talk about how brilliant his books are?
@CTMaestra really? I don't think so.. His novels are MOSTLY character loving novels. He doesn't stray into the darkness as much as King, although I did LOVE The Taking. The Odd series is a good example of what I'm saying, it revolves around one beloved character. I think really he sees the good in most everything, whereas King does not.
see, that explanation isnt bad. from whAt i had read, he didtn want to put the third one out because of hurricane Katrina and how New Orleans didnt need another disaster. That pissed me off, especially ater reading the third book
i agree, helios didn't even try to fight back or see that something was wrong when he got to the tank farm. then he just let the gone wrongs take over him without a fight. left open for a 4th book they have to run down the escaped clone and destroy it or it will start all over again. oh and why would a person have so many suits and ties.
Too late Mr. Koontz. All I remember about the books is something about a litlle troll fucker running into the woods with a picnic basket thats about all I remember except that deculian however the fuck you spell it flips a coin in front of that victor feller I think was his name and then he disappears. So you had obligations with other books but not this one? hhhhmmm. I understand delays but I believe in one of the books it said it was supposed to come out 2006. Its been 3 years. Sheeeeesh.
Yes it is a great series, but he still didn't answer the question. WHEN!!!!! It drives me crazy to start a series and get stopped part way through it. This is driving me crazy.
I heard it was out in July...I've got it on order..almost finished book 2.
I didn't think I would like the Frankenstein series, so i didn't buy them when they were first published...then I saw book 1 for sale very cheap so I bought it, read it , liked it..then got book 2...now looking forward to book 3.
I can't wait to read the third one. This series is AMAZING. Frankenstein: Prodigal Son was the first Koontz book I had ever read. Now I can't put anything of his down!
I agree fantastic books I read the first one while in Prague in the Czech Republic and then the second in Prague and flying to Scotland. I love it how Victor keeps cloning his wife and each one gets more neurotic.

His voice timbre is definitely surprising, given the tone of most of his books.

Okay, I bought (and read) book #3 yesterday and am happy to report that it did not disappoint :-)

I read books one and two when they first came out. I've waited so long I had to go back and re-read them, but am glad that #3 is FINALLY completed.

Just finished the third tonight. Good stuff finished in one night. Guess what, it ends in a pseudo-cliffhanger. Storyline wide open for more...

His hair transplant looks ridiculous..and his teeth don't look like they are his own.

He should write The Bad Rug. That hair piece is scary.
