With a motorbike, you are only paying for a contact patch. This is a segment of rubber @ 3 in. sq. per tire.But that contact patch is constatly revolving at terrific speed, which creates a gyroscopic effect. But the concrete wall at the racetrack is only there to protect the spectators. Funy how hospital equipment lacks the futuristic styling of these bikes. imagine if a hospital had to put down $20 000.00 per gurney.The logic is missing. Please forgive me for seeing the light.
