I don't know if it's a mistake not even the writers realize, but when Penny started to date Leonard, she calls him honey, and Sheldon says that she calls her friends "sweety" and her boyfriend "honey". But as far as I know, Penny calls Sheldon more honey than sweety. Like here in the beginning.
