Bahia De Las Aguilas is by far a nicer beach. It's also in the Dominican republic. It has the whites sand and clearest water i have seen in my life, honestly it was an experience i will never forget. the only problem is that it is 6 and a half hours away from the capital santo domingo and there are no hotels in the area. But you will have literally miles and miles and miles of beach to yourself. noyone will be there but you. sort of scary at times.

@cvzorrilla it's true they are very unusual; however that does not mean you will never encounter one. Just this year in a beach calle Boca Chica in DR, a person was killed by a shark, although he was a litte far from shore, Boca chica was considered extremely safe because it was surrounded by reefs; yet it happened.

Majestic Elegance is also an incredible place to be in Punta Cana.

I plan to go in january in Hotel: Tropical Clubs Bavaro Resort..It is good area, is in this period nice weather? Which excursion you reccomend to do? Is there a history or waterfalls to see? :-)

@missmessico the tropical clubs is not the best resort in the area... the weather is pretty nice in january, and no, there aren't waterfalls next to bavaro, if you want to see nice waterfalls and thins like that, go to samana (also in Dominican Republic) on your next vacation, enjoy it

been their, nice beaches - only problem are scumbag people polluting the beach and water with cigarette butts - people are their own worst enemy -they ruin everything nice

I love beaches and the cities near those beaches. Nice video. I like going after the strong sun because it's cooler. It starts getting more action-like. I don't know how to explain it but you just walk around and everything seems like a party. Otherwise if you go early in the morning people only relax so it seems quiet...
