This is STS-51A, not STS-7. This satellite is either the Palapa B2, or the Westar VI. Both of those sats were salvaged by the STS-51A crew. This is why conspiracy theorists are all quacks. I think the "UFO" is not a "UFO". If you look closely you can see the image of the earth is upside down, as it would be if you looked at a drop of water. Now I not disputing the existence of the lack knight as I believe in it being an ancient satellite, but this is not it and that is not a UFO. It is a water droplet or a droplet on liquid of some kind, I'm not sure how it got there though.

Not sure if it was recorded on THIS video or imposed on it but can remember it being on one similar to this many years ago. Was once called 'fast walker' amongst other things. That is the Solar Max Satellite launched on February 14, 1980. This is video from STS-41-C Space Shuttle Service Mission in 1984. On December 2, 1989 this sattelite re-entered the atmosphere and burned up. This is not the Black Night Satellite which is 13,000 plus years old built by ancient human civilization and has a rebroadcast delay of 30 to 40 years and is in a polar orbit. Case Closed!

The Black Knight Object you are referring to was discovered February 1960 and seems to have left 3 weeks later. It was in a Polar orbit which the US and Russia had not yet succeed in yet.

US NORAD detected the object and determined it to be about 15x larger than anything the US or Russia had launched and weighed about 15 tons which was larger than anything the US or Russia could launch at that time. Newsweek had a article about it
