When one can control all functions of his mind simultaneously, they access a level of understanding that transcends the dimension of "time". So yeah I pretty much believe that they can modulate past and future like any magi can modulate the present. Today I found out that only certain people can do this. And the easiest way to spot them is "their charisma". It tells a lot about the energy of a person.
A current human collective only can acsess preferable and only needed content at the present. Its very simple to use 100%.....just defiy current known aspects, not fully but kind of keep at a side not to current usage of what you are prefering. Understand?
