The colors have on my Kinetica Belt have to do with the Kinetic Dragon Method Certification Programs.

The KD Essentials and Self Defense Art sare represented by the red stripes and the Fighting Arts are represented by the golden Stripes. See ilustration at

I honestly dont know of any finer exponent of true, spontaneous kenpo. This is the level we all work towards you have arrived there and seem to be loving it. Respect to you and your students, excellent video introduction.
