Parts 2, 3, 4 and 5 show up on my iPhone and Wii, but Parts 1 and 6 have been blocked. PLEASE allow me to view them on iPhone and Wii. I want to show the kids. Please fix the settings if you can :)
All you negative sarcastic people criticizing this show need to remember this was created in the 1960s and for that time, this was cutting edge. The stories were all original and interesting and the effects, although you judge from 2010 standards, were fantastic and many think so still today incl myself.
So go watch current shows and all their glorious CGI and let us enjoy a classic without which NONE of the current science fiction movies would be possible.
i once knew this girl called lacey. she showed me a two dimensional creature once when i gave her a lift home from college. it musta been angry coz it was red and open mouthed, spitting everywhere :O
Hey kiddies---you ones commenting on this being "silly" and "oh dear the really BAAAD effects!" etc. etc." Just pause for a moment and consider the provacative nature of this story: a one dimensional creature caught in a 3c world. Yeah sure it ain't the "mind candy" of the latest Star Wars movies, with fantastic elaborate CGI covering-up for a non-existent story. This one--and other original OL stories--were incredibly daring and original. All modern SF has ripped-off stories from OL.
@skylur44 - Sometimes I'm an ass, but over all these old shows are great. Even the worst of them is a thousand times better than the trash on TV today.
@Jackalman99 That I TOTALLY agree with. I love them not only for their innovations, but for the memories. Also, IMO, the original Twilight Zone and Outer Limits are fantastic, nothing like them before or since.
@skylur44 - Love the TZ, Serling was great. A friend tells me Serling had something to do with the original Planet 0f The Apes movies too. Now I know why I like them better than the one with Thade and his army guys, I saw with a guy I was dating at the time.
@Jackalman99 He was a creative genius, way ahead of his time along with the other talented people he had working with him. I never missed a single show and still watch them as often as I can. I love his voice and I also loved Night Gallery, but not as much as I loved TZ.
@skylur44 1968DodgePolara I liked TZ & loved NG. It was out of production when I was a little girl but, I didn't know any of this at the time. A cable chanel out of Baltimore or Philadelphia carried reruns. I liked that and Doctor Who, which MPT showed about 10 P on Saturday back in the mid 80's. A man I used to know wrote a report on him in College, he told me Serling got into a bit of trouble for writing some WW2 drama about Germans & Jews for American playhouse.

This is probably my 2nd favorite episode of the entire original series. "Demon with A Glass Hand" was number 1. And "The Bolero Sheild" being number 3....what an awesome series! Writting so frickin' far ahead of it's time.
Thanks for posting! A brilliant episode - this was the first OL episode I'd ever seen, and it stunned me. I'd had no idea that such intelligent, rational things could be found on t.v.
I agree with ROBOTRON except for one thing, no remake, why, you can't redo perfection. The current OL remade I Robot and A Fesability Study and they both sucked.
The most strange and offbeat episode of 2nd season outer limits, but brilliant. A good lesson, embrace the unknown, the differant, who knows, you might make a friend.
This episode was intelligent and ahead of it time. 50's black and white tv could hardly do the creature justice, but the story, creature and actors are awesome for the time. It deserves a remake....maybe movie quality. This was my fav episode a very excellent sci-fi tv show.
My childhood just came back! Thanks for posting this!

INDEED. Another old fav of mine "The Day The Earth Stood Still" was butchered and hacked in my opinion. Yes, don't mess with perfection.
