  • This guy blows.

  • overacting, poor vocals, and I might be wrong, but I think it's illegal to change music even if you really really want to hit a high note.

  • It was the most energetic from what i've seen from a shitload of the other "Bat Boy's" on youtube. thank god for that. but i do agree that the drunken walking was a tad overdone. However, on another note, the song does make you just want to move and go crazy, at least, that's how i did when i performed.

  • umm...

i like it but, when he walks around, is he supposed to be drunk?

cuz Edgar's supposed to be agile, right?

so why can't he keep his balance?

but other than that.... i really liked it. =)

  • Check out radarthebat's version, so much better.

  • lame

  • You can't understand a word he's saying.

  • really? sounds fairly good to me, but then im biased. He did have special fitten fangs in his mount that he performed with, which made it much harder to sing, I do know that.

  • he was good. when i did this show we had batboy upside down for 90% of the song. just hanging. it was incredible. this was like the complete opposite, haha but still worked. thats why i love musical theatre.

  • there where times where he spent a good amount of time upside down in the cage, it varied.

  • that was amazing im so jealous!

  • Just saw him as Peter in BARE

    this boy is freakin' AMAZING

    talk about young talent

Jared puts the whole cast of Spring Awakening to shame

  • Ain't it the truth.

  • it's awsome!!! from sara s.......

I can't believe that's you! But great job! from alex s. (we miss you!) see you next year at villagers???

  • you think his voice is amazing? he doesn't sing it, he screams... but it is a very energetic performance, i'll give it that.

  • he is supposed to be kind of bugging out, the screaming kind of goes with the emotion, no?

  • @blumig yes but you have use it sparingly or else it will lose effect. Here it lost effect, you stop listening half way through because there is no variation.

And never get so lost in the "acting" (screaming here) that it will make a piece not as communicable or not clearly understood and connect to the audience... CLARITY is key!

It goes back to the simply rule of theatre: Simply tell the story. Singing more would have told to story better than screaming here.

  • Where is the Villagers Theatre? I love this. What's the guys name?

  • Franklin, NJ

    awesometastic theatre

  • his voice... it's so amazing... i agree, bobbsta, I'm in love too.

  • who is he he is amazing i think im in love lol
