sweet .. one thing only, use upper and lower thresholds ... I guess this is working because ur resolution is low, in a more sensitive application the fan will be turning on and off all the time ... let it come on at 23 and come off at 21, that way it stays off for a while till the system heats up to ur limit again at 23 and doesnt go crazy ... other than that cheers !!

i make temperature sensor with LM35 dz and pic16f877A and connect them with RS232 AND it works well and i recive the data through the hyber terminal and from micro c tool USART terminal

what i need is to make new interface that displays the received reading from the pic like hyber terminal thx

@awaissidd Go to ww sparkfun and click on the wireless group. The Zig Bee units are the easiest but bluetooth is nice too.

@hempu... Sure I think I don't know what language it uses but It must have serial in and out commands and that is all visual basic needs with its comm library.

You need to write a VB program to translate the serial to text. If you can get output to the cmd screen you are 80%there. Look at my code for VB at the PicBasic Pro forum.Good Luck

How do you get the output to post on the screen like that?

The only output I can get right now is output in the cmd screen. How do you make code visually appealing? such as in a custom window like yours?
