  • Oh! an old toothbrush...silly-me, wifes gonna be mad.

  • I realized today that eating off of silver is probably the smartest thing people ever stopped doing. Silver kills bacteria, virii and germs better than any chemical we've ever invented.

I just wanted to advise folks here, that selling your silver will probably cost you more money in health problems. It was only when FDR seized everyone's precious metal that we ever stopped. So don't ever sell your silverware, folks!

  • good thing is aw that even tho i was watching gaming vids and this was in the suggestion box i dont think i could make it through the day without seeing this trifling ass bull shit

  • I don't have tooth paste :D

  • thats great thanks :D

  • Been using toothpaste on my sterling for years. Works great, I love it !

  • this toothpaste thing cleaned mine to 90%.

  • STUPID!

Use the aluminum foil, baking soda in a pyrex pan along with 1 spoon of salt.

    You should NEVER rub silver.

  • look at6 those toothepaste? what an expensive way to clean... very high maintenance.

    i prefer platinum,gold andcopper.

  • Not a bad idea, it works and is way cheaper than buying 'commercial silver cleaner' which is full of chemicals. You have to use the old fashioned abrasive type of toothpaste though, not the 'gel' type. Baking soda also works.

  • i pay 1buck to my silver, thats it period..

  • I jusy tried this out and it worked

  • I always use jewellers silver polish and a buffing wheel though. I wondered what I was doing wrong.

  • Thats just gross, toothbaste and old brush?

Wasn't it CLEANER BEFORE the "toothpaste" and "old brush" idea.

  • wow cool

  • you copied someone else, im ashamed of you

  • Tomato sauce also works really well

  • really? i've never heard of tomato sauce... do you have to rub it with an old toothbrush too?

  • No it doesn't.

If it would then after eating pasta with tomato sauce the silver would be CLEANER instead of dirtier.

  • Ha oooh silly person with no brainpower. You can't just PUT it on the silver. Besides I said tomato sauce, not pasta sauce. Do you just squirt a bottle of tomato sauce on your pasta? No. And if you do - I'm glad I don't have to eat at your house.

  • I was using sarkasm you dumbass.

Besides no, I tend to cook the tomato sauce before putting it on my pasta, a little spice, maybe some basilika (Or what the heck you call the green plant in English) tend to do pretty nicely.

Besides what does Tomtato Sauce have to do with it if you don't use it on the silver?

(P.S Tomato Sauce IS what you put on pasta, unless you mean the "Unedible roten waste" tomato sauce, there's no such thing as a "Pasta Sauce".)

  • Noo!! You Need Boil In Toi The Etik And Then You Se The Real Bling !!!

  • i tried it it works good

  • I recommend not using your fingers to rub the silver. Use a toothbrush. For some reason it's rough on the skin.

  • does that really work?

  • not a bad tip :)

  • eww old tooth brush

  • cool, now i can clean my silvers

  • Nice tip. ;)
