The problem is that now with the account wide threat levels you can't choose any district, there is threat level limited districts now (You used to be able to join any district but they changed that in the latest patch)

So it's not so easy to get into an empty waterfront district anymore..

I have an even better farm.. find an asian on the street, normally ones with glasses, mug them, check the loot, if its about 3+ items then follow them after they run off, they'll rejoin the crowed again, mug them again and they drop the same items every time = easy farming.

He followed me twice in the same server sealing 5K off me then i changed servers and he got me again so i changed again and he got me and I ended up screaming at him on the microphone. His name was AVZ and if i see him again Im going to tell him to get fucked and laugh at him because I now have 750 grand. And I love dropping off a 40K load with notoriety 5 and watching the enforcer come in after you launder it!

Another tip: if you feel bold and want to increase your earnings, max out your notoriety by mugging civilians right next to the money laundry point. MAKE SURE NOBODY IS AROUND OR YOU RISK LOSING YOUR MONEYS

van's 15k at the vendor, if you got reputation 8 with that chick in the west part of Waterfront District. It's a nice investment, but I usually do my farming in the Financial district and I use a 4wd to drive up the stairs to the Fence and do the same thing you did here.

Mugging will get you quick reputation btw, if you're not into missions.

@ergoavalon well, you can mouse over empty vehicles and if it says stolen at the bottom, you can take them to the impound. its just like a chop shop for enforcers. then there is the old fashioned "catch someone in the act" way of getting money.
