Yes, Dr. Richner is indeed a very noble man who is dedicated in saving the many lifes of children in Cambodia. My family & I were in Siem Reap and we attended Dr. Richner's children hospital on 5 May 2009. No words can describe the unselfish work he is doing. I pray that God will continue to pour in the money to finance this noble course.
