So... I am watching this in December of 2011 and thinking back to this day, 3 years ago. On this day in 2008, I turned fifteen. It is incredibly mindblowing to think that on the day that Hank recorded a song about Paper Towns, I turned fifteen, and had recently became friends with the most important persone in my life: my best friend who I am happily in nerdfighter-like with. :)

my friends and i went to walden books 2day and we were really afraid we wouldn't be able to find any of john's books! (you see, the store is closing down, and most of the books are gone) but we found three copies of Looking for Alaska. we put notes in two out of three because people were starting to look at us. we were suprised no one kicked us out since we were really close to the register. it was so fun!

I LOVE PAPER TOWNS! It's the best book I've read... in a very long time. I have a short (ish) list of favorite books: Count of Monte Cristo, 1984, Harry Potter, The Fountainhead, Midnighters, and now PAPER TOWNS! Definitely the BEST book by John Green so far... his books have continually gotten better each one, so I'm REALLY excited to see what's next! And for the MOVIE!

Paper Towns effing fantastic! Buy it. Read it. Love it. John Green is one of my favorite authors. He will never dumb down his ideas or story line. If you are reading this, I know you think it is just for me to get an album. (which I did complete the challenge!) However, the fact that there is a challenge in no way effects how I feel about this book or John Green as an author.
