Sorry but that was not raw unprocessed honey. Raw honey is white, thick, and paste-like,looks disgusting, but taste great. It's the pure, unfiltered, unprocessed vomit of bees,it's full of enzymes.
Check my video for latest genetic studies. Chinese are Austronesian, Koreans are Altaic. So Chinese can not claim Koguryo, Jurchen and Qing as their history!
@AltaicCivilization Koreans have the highest percentage of Southeastasian and Negrito DNA,pure koreans have negrito-like Kim Jung II features.Lying korean pig shut the fuck up!!!!
No offence, but this is just horrible!. A korean would throw up watching this sauce made with SPLENDA!. That nocive cancerogonous aspartamus chemical is worse than natural sugar!, do you think this is healthy?. Plus, is this suppossed to be a "homemade pizza"?. What is homemade in this recipe?. Premade dough, premade sauces. Hope at least the kimchi was homemade. This recipe is everything but korean, sorry.
We Tried this Yummy pizza with a box of red wine. The Gochojang was a hastle to find but was really good, Now I have all this paste.what else can I make with it? Thanks for the recipe!!!!! Love, ShAwn
@TheSantaTattoo the Dakkalbi sauce in the recipe makes an excellent marinade for either chicken or pork bbq. You can also use gochujang to spice up soups. Of course, it's the basis of kimchi as well.
There are a couple of options to reducing the sodium content. The easiest way to reduce the salt content is to take away the soysauce. However, kimchi itself is quite salty, so you won't be able to reduce the saltiness to 0.
i tried this out it looked to saulty so what i did was instead of soysauce add water, also add more sugar or honey for a sweeter taste. If you going to add kimchi rinse the kimchi in water, it will still have the kimchi flavor with much less sodium. There you go a much sodium less pizza lol.
the last few sentences of this video was really awkward.
and you should have explained what dakgalbi is when you were saying what you could do with the leftover yangyum jang. to koreans it sounds like you dont know what youre talking about but you want to sound smart so you're saying it really quickly. just some constructive criticism
Nice work, we liked your video very much so we embedded it on ChefCommons . com w/ link back and reference to Youtube. (Let us know if you don't wish for it to be featured)
i just ended up radomly stumbling on your page like a week ago. i was looking for a "how to" video on making pizza, only a regular italian style pizza but came across this... and haha... i ended up trying to make this one instead. and OKAy, i think i may try to make it again... but instead of pepperoni, i wanna use bulgolgi instead...
Nice job! I think sesame oil is pretty strong, but a very inventive idea. Don't mind the comment about the pronounciation, the Korean accent come's across pretty hard when your older then ten. And kimchi tastes best when about 3-5 months old so look for orange leaves if you buy it, I just use my grandma's kimchi. (it's really good~)
When I made this video, I used an American brand of kimchi called Kings. That's why it looks so pale. LOL! Once I found a reliable source for Korean-made vegetarian kimchi, I stopped buying the Kings brand. However, for those who are not lucky enough to live near a Korean grocery store, Kings brand will work.
When my kimchi gets old (which doesn't happen often because I eat lots of it), I make it into chigae. YUM!
아놔 너 이거 하는거 완전 짜증나는거아냐? ㅅㅂ 백인이 존나 발음도 다 틀려가지고 ㅈㄹ 하고있어 ㅋㅋㅋ 니가 만드러봤자야 ㅋㅋ omg dude fix ur pronunciation before you actually attempt at speaking korean cmon dats just sad...wow....sad
I saw it when I was in Korea but I was too scared to try it especially since they used regular marinara sauce on them. I thought baking the kimchi would make it mushy but fortunately, it doesn't bake long enough for that. : )
Im korean, so its great seeing our culture spreading to other nationalities. It is great that you can enjoy our culture and foods. Its just that you are used to the words being said in a certain way. korean culture has been only recently spreading and its great seeing people that are helping. I'm not trying to insult you, but its just funny to me because we are used to korean people saying korean words. Thanks for the idea, ill try to make it soon.
Nice!! I'm trying this tonight. I just got back from the Korean Market. I'm using bulgogi instead of the sausage. I just made the sauce and it was great. I will give it a couple hours for the flavors to blend together. The kimchi is great as well. It has been too long since i have had any korean food.
That is a very clever idea and the most inventive way to make a topping for a pizza! Very healthy alternate to meat based sauce and fattening cheese. Your video is very valuable for originality and practicality including bringing attention to details. I fully endorsed your video! And it sure looks delicious too!
Of course it's my own recipe!! Using other people's recipes and pretending they're yours is plagiarism. Dakkalbi sauce has been around for centuries. You live in korea and never heard of kimchi pizza? When I lived in Chuncheon, they had it in every pizza place I ever went to. I never ordered it, though.
