It sounds a little bit like Daughtry covering Tom Waits (or maybe Daughtry doing your version), but I like your interpretation. Just goes to show you how amazing Waits is as a songwriter...the original was a lounge act, but it still works as an acoustic number. Bravo.

WTF...If you listen to the song there is more than 2 chords in it, unless those are the only chords you know. Nice voice though.
