on the CD "WILD AGAIN 2" in Japan or CD "NEW DEPTHS" in U.S.A.

@GONTHIERFRANCIS actually i found the refined version on "Surfin' to Baja" called Web Surfin'... i really prefer this version over that.

@lookupwakeup I believe it is a reference to the ocean, where two segments of land come together, forming a Channel...as for the type of TV you were referring, this was done around 1994-96 same as today.
