For the First Wily boss:

First form: Spark Shot

Second: Rush Jet

That way you can beat him even before you'd have to go to the other side. And it'll be probably the easiest boss in the game.

Go to the Ice Man stage. At the end of it, run toward the gate, then tap left and do not move for a second. You can now guarantee moonwalks.
