  • Lou ur adorable! Im a c5 c6, 15 yr post injury & have never been able to figure out a self transfer. Could be my ever growing booty..haha. Anyway, just wanted to say u rock babe, keep up all the good help ur spreading! ;-)

  • Man, I don't think I could ever do that. great job!

  • Why it stayed like that?

  • Do you fix the eyebrows? lol that funny

  • Hey! I am paralized from the waist down & I think it is tricky enough to do things w/o just leg movement. I couldn't even imagine limited arm & wrist function.

Ps- loved the "hi ladies" (:

  • hi men im c6-c7 nice job i have 2 years check my vids

  • Nice job! You are inspiring

  • Bro, you have no tone/spasms! Lucky!

  • @nomaileric haha actually my spasms were so bad that i couldnt even feed myself but imade the decision to get the baclofen pump, since oral medicine wasnt working, put in me so that i could do everyday activities and live on my own.

  • Hi,my brother is a C5 complteis it the same as yours?

  • @MrVodka122 Kind of, if he's strictly a c5 complete then he has no wrist function. This transfer should still be possible, I know someone who is a c5 complete that does it. I have partial wrist movement, thats where the c6 comes in.

  • Rapid, Im c5/6 since 2003 had some things get in the way of strength training but am on it this year. What exercises do you find most effective to help with transferring?

  • @jmccaf pushing my wheelchair is the biggest one, then doing the transfers themselves because technique and balance are more important than strength at first. Every now and then i use wrist weights and bands. if you get sore just stretch and get a massage.

  • Holaaa brooo me alegra que este mejorando lo admiro ! ... Saludos desde Colombia xD

  • Well done!

Looks easy but I know how hard you worked to achive this result.

I'm C5-C6 too and I only have a weak left triceps unlike you. Check my vids ;)

  • hey man good job, im c6 quad too, how do you manage your bladder care if you dont mind me asking!

  • @johnnycupakes I self cath, it fits my active lifestyle the best. Theres many ways to do it, all good, just have to find the right one for you. It took months of discipline to train my bladder... cant get anywhere without putting in the effort.Went from 4 hours to 5 and so on now I can push 8+. Its more complicated than that... ill make a video and blog post this week, k?
