  • i really liked what he said all but look at 3:50 the richest institutions are corrupt they have made their wealth through violence and the idea of taxes is just violence who does that server ? if what he is saying is true then the service would be enough and giving freely would be enough. we do not need third party interlopers Governmental and Religious institutions to steel from us through force or threat of force .. other then that i like what he said

  • Money alone does not bring happiness and though money can relieve financial burdens it is the quality of personal relationships that bring happiness without which you really have nothing worth having.Ironically it is often the sharing of hardships in simplicity and love that strengthen these bonds.

However I respect what he is saying, a screwed up idea of the virtue of "poverty" and being unable to handle money intelligently should be addressed but let us not get carried away here.

  • The latter is something to aspire to I think while the do service to others inorder to gain material wealth asJohn Demartin propounds if it is spirituality it has to be on a lower level than the other as taught by Jesus. For what does it profit a man if he gain the whole world and yet suffer the loss of his soul?

  • I suppose she thought that spirituality meant that

" love one another" was on a higher plane than one for you and two for me mentality. Like greater love hath no man than he lay down his life for his freind.Respect and love for one's fellow human bein g and the divine spark within him is .rare yes but above and beyond mere material exchange.of one for you and one for me even?

Yes that is still important but as far as the true spiritual it is concerned it is not the real thing is it?

  • ..I like it. this man is clever.

  • I think he makes MANY good points about money, but he does it in a very EGOTISTICAL WAY! He bobs his head and name calls. He could learn from Eckart Tolle.

  • Brillaiant!

  • I can't find the quote he attributes to Tertullian anywhere...anyone know more about this?

  • so brilliant.....thanks so much Lilo for have John as a guest!!!

  • hmm what does it mean.(000).

  • The centres of spiritual exploration are also the most corrupt,,, vatican, dalai lama. churches..

why do u we have matey there nodding like one of those dogs in the back seat of a car... is that 'cos she fancies herself..? an interviewer without a huge ego , would be a refreshing change..!

  • AMAZING! THANK YOU! LIFE CHANGING!

  • lol at 14:04 - 14:20

    the funny noises

  • last 5 or so seconds....is he shape shifting?

  • @lancek88

yes, its a new technique he describes in his new book that he wrote while on a ship called "space" where he is on a spaceship with trillionaires............

  • great interview! I'm not sure what people are interpreting as harsh here.

also if you listen you can hear him say that its important to work on all areas of life equally, not just financial. I don't see a conflict with anything in his teaching, thanks for this.

  • Great video! But, please stop talking over your guests. Listen more than you speak.

  • LOL ;)

  • i was only kidding. Namaste friend.

  • zeitgeistmovie com abundance with out money

  • I did not remove them. Maybe too many people put thumbs down..

  • These people remaining convinced that materialism and spirituality aren't the same thing just don't get it. :-)

There's not nearly enough space here to thoroughly go into my point of view, but...... *who gave them the idea money/wanting money is always bad?*

(People often have alterior motives for being purely "spiritual" also.)

  • There's nothing wrong with materialism and materialistic people can be spiritual and happy, good people...but of itself materialism is the OPPOSITE of spiritual. Read "A New Earth". DeMartini, James Ray, etc...need to justify the huge amounts of money they charge to hear them speak words we could easily find in a library book for free.

Materialism without spiritalism can be summed up in Michael Moore's new movie....incredible greed. Caring more about money than people.

  • Again, you're speaking from the viewpoint that wanting large amounts of money is bad though.... ;-) As DeMartini states, if you appreciate money, it's money in, money out all the time. Like a number 8. (Which, in Numerology, IS the number of money.)

  • No...there's nothing bad about money, it's great, I appreciate it. BUT....Money/materialism is like potato chips, the more you eat, the more you want. It always leaves you empty, never satisfied. With spiritualism, it's the opposite, the more you evolve, the happier, at peace you are. If they were the same, wouldn't all celebrities be highly evolved and in peace and happiness????

You can be happy without a lot of money...you can't be happy without spiritualism.

  • Again I'm not quite sure I'm getting my point across. When Dr. Demartini was telling his story about the man and his wife, the husband in that scenario ISN'T materialistic. That's his point. He's expressing his spirituality in his own way, through the use of power and money to help people. He's not just sitting home spending and hoarding. Some can argue that he is actually more spiritual than his wife, whose "pure spirituality" isn't helping anyone but herself.

  • It's not just that story. I've heard other interviews with him....I guess I just don't resonate with him.

  • You are confusing celebrity with financial success. All those shiny people you see in the media are not the richest people in the world.

  • I KNOW they aren't the richest...but they are the ones we see and they don't look happy and fullfilled to me. The richest that we don't see can't be very happy either since they keep needing more and more. Being poor sucks...of course....but anyone who thinks that more money equals happiness, is wasting their time. Money alone cannot fullfill. You can't even enjoy money unless you FIRST find spiritual fullfillment.

  • His intention is to help us make a shift here. He needs to be strong and powerful so that the ones that want to learn can shift...I am grateful for this interview. For once that someone dares to say it and powerfully.

  • awesome interview Lilou. Keep doing this. I love your work

  • very interesting video. I think it is about a balance of spirituality and money....

  • I am loving this interview. Thanks.

  • Fantastic!!!

  • GREAT WORK LILOU!

It takes a big effort contact this autors, who are very busy. Although i don´t agree with some points, i found the interview very interesting and insightful so far. I stil don´t buy that being materialist and spiritual is the same thing.

At least in Argentina, most of the millonaires don´t give a damm about providing service for people.

In fact, the people who provides the best service for people are not first class millonaires! Keep the good working!

    Love, Hugo

  • What amazing concepts here! Nice way to look at things. Hey Lilou !! I am also Cetacan Cries (other channel). You look beautiful as always - how is France???

    Much Love! :D

  • 'Where is God not?' wow..this is why I like this guy !

    go Lilou !

  • YES!

  • Can you value yourself and NOT others...I dont think so. Not truly...We are all connected.!!!

I enjoyed watching this and really listening to what he said... My own truth gets clearer!!! Thanks for this

  • I listened to all three and think his presentation is a bit harsh and somewhat arrogant.... I dont agree with everything he says... I had worked for a multi-multi millionaire at one time and he was YES providing a service for people but was completely motivated by greed and self-interest, he appeared to be compensating for a huge feeling of lack. He had low-self-esteem. He had very shoddy business practices He both made alot of money and saved alot of money..

  • Thanks Lilou and John.

    Very good exchange.

  • I don't agree with him. I don't think being materialistic and spiritual is the same thing or even close. Spirituality brings peace and happiness...money doesn't and never will. I like money and I'm glad I have enough to meet my needs and wants. But, I know many, many people who spend their lives making money, LOTS of it and they are stressed out and on anti-depressants. Spiritual people can be happy with little money, materialistic people can't be happy without spiritualism.

  • I think you have missed his point. Have your seen the previous parts of this interview?

    with love,

    Lilou

  • You asked him if just by doing what you love you can make money...he said "no". That's where he lost me. Every other spiritual leader will tell you that it's emotion that attracts, how you feel, NOT what you think about. According to Abraham, you could attract more money by thinking about puppies, if that makes you happy, and they advise against thinking about money if it stresses you out. Most spiritual leaders didn't become "busnessmen" until AFTER they made money, not before.

  • cont......

I have LOVED all your interviews. I hope you will ask this same question of your future interviewees.

  • Yes. Thank you. I appreciate the conversation it is generating here!:) I love interviewing... and will continue to challenge the interviewee until i understand their point of view :)

  • Thank you Big L ... this has been a very satisfying desert :)

    ONE LOVE
