It pisses me off so much in MLG mm when the other team is pulling our flag and everyone tries to go through snipe. When you push up top through lobby as a team it's way easier to nade the flag at rockets from R1/L1, you have way more cover and it's harder to nade you, you maintain height advantage, and you can usually get snipe control by team shotting the kid who's all by himself at top mid with snipe because his teammates are all spamming nades at your S1 from bottom mid

because man cannon is the most common spawn and you can cover a flag runner from top mid if hes running it down bottom

when u carry the flag mancannon other team spawns right behind u pretty much the only time u take it mancannon is when u have a teammate following u and he is nading the spawn

some people do take it cannon, a few days ago i played with a kid on my team who was around a 47 in mlg and he would take it cannon every time. However, because he kept on running it cannon we got no flag caps even with me going positive 23. if u are going to take it cannon for wutever reason drop it on the cannon befor u go off it, that way if u die the flag will still get to ur side of the map instead of falling.

It's faster to run flag rockets because you lost a few seconds running it lobby and you get caught up in man-cannon spawns. If you run flag rockets, your team can easily set-up around L2 and R2 to watch flag and cannon spawns.

you can though have a teammate be top middle and when you get up on the mancannon look to him and up and throw the flag to him but id only do that once in a while as a curveball

Rockets is the fastest, safest route. If you get 2 or 3 of the other team down and one of your guys pulls flag. It's almost certain, depending on where your team mates are that ehy will spawn mancannon. That way it's the easiest run because you can just have a guy R2 watching Man Cannon door, nading the entrance. That's how I get 80% of my caps at 45 MLG. Also mancannon is such an easy kill for the team, they can just leave a nade there waiting for you.

you run the flag bottom mid because its harder for the other team to kill you. If your running it bottom mid they have to spawn and then push into snipe. If you man cannon it across its not as afective because the most common spawn on that map is mancannon. From there they have a better chance of stopping the flag by throwing nades across the map.

I've seen a lot of videos when you are just about to spawn, you keep clicking crouch. Why is that?

because you might spawn by teammates in combat if its just firing not nades so it is acting like a small strafe. it helps lower the damage of the BR on the spawn
