A nation is not a real thing. It is a social construct that exists only in the mind of man.
It is one thing to say God gave the land to the Jews; we're not talking about land. We're talking about a government. A government only has the authorities conceded to it by the governed.
When Jews declared independence in 1948 to form their own nation, did the Arabs living in that land have a say in it? Did they concede to new government authority? Or was their right to do so usurped?

All land was stolen from someone else. To make the Jews go back to Europe is like making everyone Latin America go back to Spain and Portugal. It doesn't matter whose land it was, it only matters whose land it belongs to now.
All of the current day boundaries in the world (geographical, religious, and social) have been shaped by warfare at some point in history. If an ancient group of people was strong enough to take over land that they needed, then too bad for the weaker occupants who couldn't defend themselves. Just because the Jews couldn't keep their land throughout history does not entitle them to a nation. No American would espouse the creation of a nation for Native Americans, yet we support Israel.
The land belongs to the Hebrew people, not anyone else. I think this is true because it was given to them by God, and only later were they displaced or conquered or both. They still are the rightful people to live there because they never voluntarily gave up the land. I think it was a right move in the time frame around WWII to move the Jews back to a land which was theirs historically and predating other nations. I'm also for the ejection of non-English Muslims from Britain to preserve UK.

The anti-islamization voices are beginning to crescendo in traditionally open and tolerant societies. @MarxIsDead It may be too late to reverse, just as it's also too late to properly reverse the illegal immigrant problem in the USA. These immigrants, whether Muslim or not, move to countries where they disagree with the country's government and their culture, pushing change to it rather than being good people and not moving where they don't like things. I just don't get it; if I moved to France, Germany, Egypt, Russia, Cuba, Mexico, Brazil, etc, I'd expect that I would adapt to their ways, etc

Well, the world had never had such number of humans occupying until the last corner of this planet!
The world's population is still exploding (Egypt, Sudan, somalia, Ethiopia, pakistan, iran and many more, will double it's population in the next 20 years) and all these people must eat. So, since the ocean is already on the brink of overfishing, and the last rainforests are vanishing quickly, oil is getting used up, ... There will be a huge conflict arising for land and resources.
Another question is: will the Jews or the Muslims agree on fammily planning programms in order to limit the irresponsible growth of their population?
Remember: the Ghaza strip and the west bank are the fastest growing places on earth in terms of population! Followed by the rest of the muslim countries!
Is there land and rescourses left for that? No they must migrate, there is no other way!

It is the Muslims that are having their number's explode... into the billions. To me their numbers are exploding by a deliberate plan to get that worldwide caliphate going.
