I heard Dr. Lustig asking the questions at the end. It was interesting that she did not menion him by name. I wonder if she knew he was the person asking the question. Interesting how the presenter did not refer to Nicole Avena as Dr. Nicole Avena.. being that she does have a Ph.D.

16:23 the dopamine release from sucrose/fructose do not get reduces release of dopamine. This was one of the keys I think linking fructose to addiction. Along with withdrawal symtoms.

Nice study. I am forwarding this to a few grass-roots groups in our community. I think that many understand that eating can be an addiction, but providing this type of evidence is importance to garnering support for prevention programs at the local level. Thank you.
